#3 - Dirty Hippies

In this episode, my brother Chris and I hit the road for some mountain adventures and talked about a bunch of different topics along the way. Our never-ending quest to find a bathroom and gas station coffee did not deter us from discussing self-awareness, podcasts, the law of attraction, and much more. Tune in to hear this scatter-brained conversation between two dirty hippies.

My brother being the dirty hippie that he is.

My brother Chris is THE BEST and I am so grateful to have had six days to spend with him here in Colorado. We did a bunch of fun shit and had some fascinating conversations, one of which I recorded for this episode. Check out my first episode with Chris if you haven't listened to it yet. As always, you can learn more about my brother, his viewpoints, and tap into his WEALTH of fitness knowledge by checking out his Instagram page and stories @c_martfit.

Show Notes

  • If you're not listening to The Joe Rogan Experience, you're doing yourself a disservice. Get it together bitches!
  • Dr. Rhonda Patrick is a wonder woman in the world of nutrition and its impact on cancer and aging. Check out her site if you are considering an intermittent fasting diet.
  • Positive programming is a practice that has significantly changed my life as well as my brother's. Listening to motivational, philosophical, and logical content first thing in the morning and throughout the day focuses the mind in a meditative way and decreases the tendency to think self-deprecating, irrational thoughts. By calming the mind and eliminating negativity, you are unencumbered and free to discover who you truly are and what you are capable of achieving. To get started, check out YouTube videos with any of the following people: Tony Robbins, Alan Watts, Les Brown, Terence McKenna, Elliot Hulse, Jocko Willink. The links are great starter videos.
